Arabian Bread Pudding (Eggless )

This is a very simple and delectable dessert flavored with Rose water, and the best part of it that it’s egg less!!

It’s very rich but contains no butter and need not to be baked too. Its super easy to make and amazingly delicious. Its my guarantee your family and friends will love it.

You can use your leftover breads for this pudding. It’s creamy, sweet and so easy to make . It makes a perfect dessert that goes very well with Indian cuisine too.One of the perfect way to satisfy your sweet tooth. The sweet and creamy dessert takes bread and turns it into a decadent treat soaked in milk and cream. It makes a perfect dessert for every occasions.

Ingredients:

1.10 bread slices
2.2 cups milk
3.1 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons cornflour
4.1 teaspoon rose water
5.1 teaspoon orange blossom water (optional )
6.1 1/2 cup thick cream
7.1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
8.1/4 cup almond , chopped or flakes
9.1/4 cup cashew nuts, chopped

Method:

First cut the sides off the bread and toss the bread slices well.
In a small bow, mix cornflour with little cold milk and keep aside.
Boil the milk with condensed milk, add the cornflour mixture and let it boil till the milk mixture becomes little thick consistency.
Turn off the heat and pour rose water into it.

Assemble:

1.Take a square dish , pour little milk mixture into it . Place the bread slices on top of the milk.
2.Again pour little milk mixture over the bread slices.
3.Spread half of the thick cream on top of this.
4.Sprinkle half of the chopped pistachios , cashew nuts and almonds over it.
5.Pour a little mixture on top of it. Now again place the bread slices, the little milk mixture and then the cream.
6.Pour the remaining milk mixture, add the nuts and sprinkle rose water over it.
7.Place in fridge for a minimum of 4-5 hours or preferably overnight.
