Coriander Paneer

Ingredients to make coriander paneer recipe :
Paneer 250 grams , cut into medium size cubes
1/2 bunch fresh coriander
2-3 green chilies
1 medium size onion
1/2 cup milk
1 cup fresh cream
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon cumin powder
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
2 tablespoons refined oil for cooking
3-4 Cardamom pods
3-4 cloves
2 cinnamon sticks
1 tablespoon butter
Method for cooking Coriander Paneer recipe :
First make a paste of fresh coriander , green chilies and onion in a blender and keep aside.
In a wok , heat oil over medium heat , add cardamom pods, cloves and cinnamon sticks and let it splutter. Pour coriander paste and fry for sometime. Once they change colour add salt , sugar , turmeric , cumin powder and black pepper powder. Stir it well .
Now add a cup of milk onto it and stir it again . Let it simmer . When the coriander gravy started boiling add paneer cubes and bring it to boil . When it is about to cook add fresh cream and gently combine it well .
After 5-6 minutes remove from gas and add butter onto it.
Serve it with roti / naan or pulao
